Patents

Co-developer of peroxisome proliferator-activated receptor alpha (PPARa) and cytochrome P450 2E1 (CYP2E1) knockout mouse lines. These transgenic mice have been licensed to Jackson Rodent Laboratory, AstraZeneca, Merck, and Parke Davis for basic medical research including nongenotoxic carcinogenesis, endotexemia, cardiovascular diseases, lipid metabolism, diabetes, starvation and fatty acid oxidation disorders.
